We grow flowers as a medium for making something beautiful.
That starts long before anything is cut. Every variety we grow is chosen with the finished work in mind and not simply for how it looks in the field, but for what it can do once it reaches someone’s hands. We pay attention to stem strength, shape, movement, texture, color, bloom progression, vase life, and the way a flower behaves alongside other materials.
Some flowers are dramatic. Some are quiet. Some bring structure, some soften an arrangement, and some create the kind of unexpected movement that makes the whole thing feel alive. We want to grow flowers that give designers something to respond to.
That same level of attention carries through harvest and handling. Flowers are cut at the stage that best suits each crop, conditioned immediately, and cared for throughout the process so they arrive hydrated, strong, and ready to use.
Because quality isn’t just about how a flower looks on the day it is cut. It is about how it opens, how it holds, how it moves in an arrangement, and how it changes over the days that follow.
We grow for that entire experience.
The result is material with character: strong stems, interesting forms, useful stages of bloom, natural movement, and flowers that continue to bring something to the work as they open and age.
We are not interested in filling a field simply for the sake of production. What we grow has to justify the space, time, and care it takes to produce it.
If it doesn’t perform well, inspire something, or make the finished work better, it probably doesn’t belong here.
The goal is simple: grow exceptional flowers that are worth creating with.

Wholesale Flowers
Sunglade Flowers works with florists and wholesale partners who value seasonality, transparency, and consistent quality. Our flowers are available on a seasonal basis and sold through a combination of direct wholesale and select distribution partners.
Availability is driven by Pacific Northwest growing conditions and weekly harvest cycles. Orders are harvested fresh, conditioned, and prepared with professional handling standards in mind.
Minimums, delivery cadence, and ordering details vary by channel and time of season.
We welcome partnerships with buyers who share our commitment to quality and care in how flowers are grown, handled, and represented.
Currently, our farm is located about 55 miles north of Sopkane, Washington.
